Frost Family Faces

Grandma Gough did a Triathlon!  Yup she did...it was amazing to watch so amazing to see!  She did such a good job!

All the grandchildren and children came to give her support!

We knew she had some time coming back so we at our picnic lunch...

Dad met her a little ways up the bike trail and rode with her for while.

After swimming it was time to go home.  We spent a full week in St. George and had SO MUCH FUN!  It's always hard to come home and this time seemed harder to leave.  We totally and completely enjoyed ourselves!
